Let's Work Together.
Do you think about how cognitive load, and how too much of it, slows down customers from making purchases?
Or if a website's design is meeting the needs of end-users with visual impairments... and if its not, how does that affect the bottom line?
These examples are the sorts of things I obsess over.

UX Research
To understand user needs, behaviors, and goals, I employ mixed method approaches- qualitative and quantitative- and gather data to inform the design of products and services. This can include bevy of techniques: usability tests, heuristic evaluations, user interviews, surveys, journey mapping, accessibility evaluations and more.

Market Research
I identify opportunities and trends, providing strategic insights to guide business decisions. I leverage various AI based modeling and user behavior analytic tools for strategic planning and go-to market campaigns. A few research capabilities include but are not limited to: pricing research, customer segmentation, competitive analysis, campaign A/B testing, ethnographic research and participant screening and recruitment for focus group facilitation.
UX Design
My approach to robust UX design is a blend of design thinking principles rooted in cognitive behavioral psychology patterns. My capabilities include creating the overall Information Architecture structure and navigation of a product or service, as well as designing the interactions and functionalities that allow users to accomplish their goals. Whether it is visual design, wire framing, prototype development and testing, I do it all while ensuring that the work upholds accessibility and inclusivity at the forefront of designs and design systems.
